We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt and payment verification but please remember that we are a locally owned small business and our warehouse is not open on weekends or holidays.
When will my package arrive?
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days but usually arrive much sooner. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day AFTER your order
What if it never arrives?
Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you for the correct address so please provide phone and email contact information during check out. If the address was entered by us in error we will pay the shipping to resend your items.
After the shipment to customer is verified as delivered by shipping agency, the customer is responsible for lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
