OOPS --- Did we make a mistake?


NOTICE --  As of August 25th,  we are suspending our return policy.  While the virus is so active, we feel it is in everyone's best interest to not accept returns at this time.


If you received the wrong item or wrong size or damaged item, we will be glad to take it back.


Please contact us by email at or call 304-583-7051 within 5 business days of receiving your item to start your return.   If we sent the wrong thing, the return postage is on us or you can always return in person to our store.


We will provide store credit or refund your purchase price using the original payment method if we sent the wrong item.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or a store credit issued. 


General Return Policy


Not all items are eligible for return.  

            Any item selling at a discount from full price is eligible for store credit only. No refunds.  Please be sure about your purchase prior to placing your order.  If you have questions, call the store and ask one of our clerks about the item  ( 304-583-7051. ) Our staff will be happy to assist you.


            Any item selling for full price is eligible for store credit or refund using the original payment method.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.


            All  SALE items or Flash Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned.


  • Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with hangtags. Please retain the original packaging.
  • Item must be received by us in same condition as it was originally shipped. If item is broken, damaged, or appears to have been worn, no credit will be issued and you will have to pay for shipping to have it returned to you. 
  • Returned items must be mailed and postmarked no later than 30 days from original shipment. 
  • After initial shipment to customer is verified as delivered by shipping agency, the customer is responsible for lost or damaged items.  We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.
  • Customer must pay shipping to return item to store. If you are local you are welcome to return the item in person to our location at 209 Main Street, Man.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  • *Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you for the correct address so please provide good contact information at check out.  If the address was entered by us in error we will pay the shipping. 
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of returned item for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation of your return and a credit to be used for a future selection. When using a return credit you will be charged with shipping for the new item. 
  • We recommend tracking and insuring package sent back for return, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged packages.
